Login Issues

I haven't logged into Star Cit in a while, and had forgotten my password. I was able to go the account recovery link and change it, but I'm still getting the "you may have entered the wrong credentials etc." message when I try to sign in. I've tried changing the password again and it still won't work. Does anyone know how I should go about fixing this?
