~$2300 AUD first Gaming build

Budget: I would like to spend around $2300 max I could handle a little more but not too much.

OS/Peripherals: I will probably go with Windows 10 home, I will need a new mouse, keyboard and monitor. I don't need anything too crazy for mouse or keyboard something that's nice and affordable really. In terms of a monitor I would like a nice quality monitor that isn't outrageous.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Personal preferences/requirements: I don't know about overclocking as this will be my first built PC so I probably won't to start with.

This computer will primarily be for gaming, and I would like it to be a good investment that will run things at a high standard at 60fps for awhile, if it has potential for upgrades in the future that would be nice but not a huge deal. Would really like a decent sized SSD and HDD to go along with it.
