Frost Witch Talent - 4/5 Revite. Good Enough?

Yes, it's an old topic. There are many threads surrounding FW talent selections. I happened upon a 5/8 SD the other day and kept her around which reminded me of my longing desire to have a 5/5 Revite FW and ID.

In the search, I opened the ones I did have and found a 3/5 Revite which I decided was just not even worth thinking about. But now, I am faced with a 4/5 Revite.

Basically does Revite>Scatter>SD still apply?

I'm going to keep trying to get a 5/5 Revite, I've yet to see a single one with Scatter even though I know they exist. Has popular opinion changed at all?
