Over the weekend, I noticed the catch rate for common pokemon used for evolving become extremely low. I have been on lvl 26 the last 3 days, rattata, paras, pidgeys, etc ,have about 15% catch rate for me. This is significantly worse than what was already pretty bad. Anyone has similar observation?
