GTA V Slow Downloads

I'm trying to download and install this but it's not going very well. What's weird is that the download speed for other games is 30-40 Mb/s, but GTA 5 drops to 1-5 Mb/p. I can't find anything about this on Google.

Is there anything I can do about this or did I just waste my money on a game I won't be able to play for a month?

I have a wired connection with Uverse Gigapower if it helps.

Thanks in advance, reddit.
