Does alchemy bombs and stuff scale to NG+?

I was thinking of starting another playthrough with full alchemy build (broken bones/deathmarch) as I have already done with the other two skill trees. I have collected so many stuff with my current character that im reluctant to start another fresh game... if so, what are the primary skills to get?
