Getting timed out irregularly on hits

I have to accept a hit to start a survey. I have tried three different surveys today and the first started at 56 minutes out of an hour and the second and third timed out a few seconds after accepting the hits. Basically I can not complete anything. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
