Is this game still worth it?

I had the game on Xbox1 and I loved it. I heard its very likely to get banned in muiltyplayer which is what i liked to play. I just wana know if the muiltyplayer is alive. And can you still get in games with non hackers. I just want to have fun play around do heists and missions and find some friends to play them with.
