Cards with the most unusual or hilariously cheap costs?

My pick is for {{Messenger of Peace}}. I don't think there has been any point in the game where 100 life points per turn would be considered a significant cost, and I can imagine that it was a godsend to the troll stall decks of the beatdown era.
