What do I pay the government for sole-proprietorship?

I have tried finding the answer to this question and I haven't had any luck so any help would be appreciated.

I recently start my own business under a sole-proprietorship. It is a cleaning business that I am sub-contracted through other larger cleaning companies. When I invoice the companies I work for it is a straight dollar-for-dollar invoice.

Example: I am hired to clean an office building at an agreed upon rate of $60/day 3 days per week. Using one week as an example my invoice to them would be $180. They are claiming it on their end and I am to do the same on mine. I am using Quickbooks Online so I think I just use GST/HST inclusive on the invoice and then I pay the government quarterly. Is that correct?

Sorry if I am missing details. I'm learning on the fly.
