New Website Feedback: Never Pay Tax when shopping online!

I have created a new website (similar to Ebates) that uses your cash back to pay for added tax at checkout!

Let me know if this is a good idea by answering this quick 4 question survey - https://aaron233.typeform.com/to/yXlIyP

Any feedback is appreciated!
