Weird bowel movement help.

Im not sure if this is anything to be concerned about, but would also like to know if this is an issue. For the past couple months During the working week il need to go to the bathroom multiple times, around 4-5 times during an 8 hour period. The need to go varies from casually walking of to poop to rushing to the bathroom. The poop isn't runny or abnormal. I wouldn't consider it like diareha due to it maintaining consistency. As a result of this I can never seem to achieve a clean wipe. In the moment it will be clear, but after 20 minutes I feel the need to wipe again and sure enough there is residual amounts left. There isn't any sort of pain or discomfort. Just a need to go more often while working. But what confuses me is I'm perfectly fine over the weekends when I'm not doing much physically. To the extent that I may only poop once over that 2 day period. I have had a haemorrhoid in the past if that makes a difference to the situation.
any insight into my predicament would be greatly appreciated.
