i dont trust mental health 'professionals' anymore,would rather kill myself than go to another one

therapists are useless,and psychiatrists just prescribe meds that they dont even know the effects of.my biggest fear in life is to be forced to go to a mental hospital and be forced to take those godamn pills.imon the verge of killing myself and cant confide in anyone because i will end up having to see those people again.honestly at this point i just accepted that im going to be miserable for the rest of my life,wich will hopefully be short,and try to tone my anger down so i dont get forced by some do-gooder that doesnt want to feel bad about doing nothing.
