How to Set up VPN in my Accountants Office?

I was banned from Google Adwords for an unfair reason (used a VPN proxy due to public wifi, and the IP must have previously been used by a scammer).

Right now I still travel a lot, and can't risk the multiple IP's on my Adwords account.

One solution I figured is to VPN into my California accountant's office ISP - which also is where my company is registered.

What would be the best way to do this? is there a specific router I can buy or...?

(the reason to not just get a VPS in california is that often websites know the difference between a residential and data center IP)
