Ferry wristband...at will call?

So I decided to go pretty late and I have a ticket, but all my friends are taking the ferry and have their wristbands.

The only option now is to get the wristband picked up at will call, but how am I supposed to get on the ferry to the festival there?

Does anyone have any experience with this?
