Just a quick rundown of NG Codes so far:

Kirigiri Kyoka: Unknown (speculated to be something about Makoto)

Asahina Aoi: Getting hit with a kick or punch. (confirmed)

Tengan Kazuo: Answering a question with a lie. (confirmed)

Kizakura Koichi: Opening his left hand (confirmed)

Kimura Seiko: Having her shadow stepped on (unseen, but confirmed)

Yukizome Chisa: Unknown/None(?)

Sakakura Juzo: Hitting another person with a punch (unseen, but confirmed)

Gekkogahara Miaya: Turning right. (does it even matter?)

Ando Ruruka: Allowing anyone to leave the game area. (unseen, but confirmed)

Izayoi Sonosuke: Eating food (unseen, but confirmed)

Bandai Daisaku: Witnessing violence between others. (Confirmed)

Great Gozu: Unknown. (Does it matter?)

Munakata Kyosuke: Unknown. (speculated to be "open a door")

Now here's the thing: Mitarai Ryota's NG Code is now completely unknown. It was speculated that it was allowing a girl to be hurt, but Kyoko was definitely hit by Juzo in the most recent episode, and he didn't die. So he's the only person who's NG Code is a complete mystery...

Does anyone have any ideas?!?
