I need help identifying this type of recessed lighting..

So, I know this is a shot in the dark because all I am providing is a lousy image.

I just moved into a new home and the house has recessed lighting. I am told by the builder that each light unit is an LED with housing, and there is no bulb that can be replaced. In order to replace the light you have to get a completely new fixture which kind of seems ridiculous and unbelievable to me.

All I really want to do is get a few of those RGB wifi enabled bulbs for a few rooms. Is this possible?
