Apple Watch problems

I am having problems with my haptic feedback on my 42mm Sport Apple watch. I am getting no haptic feedback at all. Timers, alarms, notifications all do not trigger the haptic engine. I only get the haptic feedback when I get an incoming phone call. But that comes after my phone has been ringing a few times so I end up missing it by the time I get my phone out. When I go to the watch settings under "sounds and haptics", I have tried changing the settings and when I move over the slider for Haptic Strength I hear the clicking sound instead of having the watch vibrate to confirm the settting. I also get no haptic feedback when I turn on prominent Haptic. I have taken the watch back to the Genius Bar and they confirmed that something was wrong and sent it back to Apple to diagnose and repair. I got the watch back a week later and they said that nothing was wrong and that they factory restored it. I set up the watch again and it has the same problems as before. Has anyone else had these problems? The Apple Store is far way from where I live so I would try any ideas. I have factory restored my watch twice already. I am so frustrated with this watch. I am using this watch with an iPhone 5 running ios 9.3.2 and I had no problems with my watch when I first got it.
