Been moved accommodation

Signed up for CLV South. Contract done. Room mates sorted. Back in May.

Emailed a month ago (Waterloo email hasn't been working). Apparently been shifted to UWP. WTF?! Can someone explain if they have grounds to change me without me signing a new contract?

EDIT: Apparently all exchange students were moved to UWP. I'm in Courts so that's good at least :)
