Anyone know where to find files that could help a woman become the dominant one?

I'm wondering if anyone knows where find any files that would help my wife become dominant and also help her lose weight. She hates how big she is and want to help her in anyway I can and also it seems like no one wants to take charge so also something to help bring out the dominant woman I know she can be if she let herself become it.
