Accounting Minor as Engineering Major
I'm going into my third year of engineering this fall. I found that I really enjoyed the finance tech breadth class I took and have sort of received an interest in accounting.
Is it too late to start the minor as a third year and get any use out of it? I'm enrolled in MGMT 1A for the fall and it seems to me that not having any accounting classes other than ENGR 111 would hamper my chances of getting an accounting internship (not sure if that would hurt my job chances upon graduation). Would companies even look at me for accounting positions with an engineering major?
Thank you very much in advance.
