Newbie here, In need of some deck advise

I just started playing pokemon tcg online today and would like to build a deck to start using in competitive/online. I bought some packs and the ones that stood out imo are Xerneas x2, Shaymin-Ex (I can't remember when I got him, he is locked so probably with a free pack I got). , Gardevoir Ex, Mega Gardevoir Ex and Break Talonflame. Is there a deck that I can aim for with some of these cards? I don't mind spending some money on packs to get extra cards or trade for extra cards. Thanks in advance!
