Playing with B.C. pup, how/when?

Hi guys,

TLDNR: will rustling up a BC pup get her overexcited, and teach bad habits? What about in the house?

New owner of a BC here. I've done a lot of research, bought multiple books, etc. One thing I'm not sure about is how/when to play with my 8 week old.

In the mornings she goes straight out to toilet, without any excitement/play until she goes. Then we can play.

But How and what do I do when playing? It is winter here and raining a lot. If I rustle her up a lot inside, and get her overexcited, will that teach her bad habits? Is it best to play in a more 'low key' way? She can't go to the park yet (vacs), and eventually I'll teach her more stimulating games when she gets older, and obviously taking for long walks and playing outdoors.

But when we're inside and in the backyard, should I be more relaxed?
