5mg fin vs 1.25mg fin, side effects.

I was on 5mg fin for a month and a half, I didn't notice many sides until one day after a 3 day bender on Canada's day weekend, I went to a bar and had a huge anxiety attack in which I thought I needed to go to a hospital immidiately.

I toughed it out but was extremely worried about my health, I then realized it was probably the effects of doing 5mg fin daily, I understand this is 5x the amount I should have been doing, and I stopped right away and haven't had an anxiety attack since. My question is, because of having these attacks while taking 5mg daily does this mean for every dosage of fin I will get side effects? Because if so I certainly won't try it again, if however there is a good chance of 1.25 daily, will not give me sides because it is a much smaller dose I will give it a try. Each day I am losing ground on my hair, being 5'6 with a baby face, being bald would be devastating for me. Please any advice I would greatly appreciate, thanks guys.
