Need help setting up stream

Need help getting my stream setup again, my settings were lost when I switched from OBS to OBS studio. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it. I was able to stream in 1080p at 60fps but I can't remember what the settings were. PC Specs are as follows

AMD FX9370 - 8 Core 4.4Ghz

8GB of Ram atm (had to RMA other 8gb)

Radeon R9 390 8GB DDR5

Windows 10

Trying to stream, League atm but would also like to slowly branch into CSGO and The Division.
