Drug test results?

So, I ordered some tests because I was worried about this promotion I'm getting that requires a drug test, and want to be sure I pass because it's nearly a 25% pay raise. I last smoked about 6 or 7 days ago and had smoked for roughly 10 days straight, once or twice a night. Been pounding water since I got news on the promotion and my job has me on my feet(retail) and lifting heavy objects often so I get a decent workout that makes me sweat often. I passed these "easy@home" tests from Amazon, and got my brother to take one as he'd been smoking all day and he failed so I figured they were somewhat accurate. 99%+ is what they claim.

My question about the home test results are if a health department test or similar would be more sensitive, because the cutoff for these tests I got on amazon is 50ng/ml. I've heard the more professional tests can be sensitive enough for 20ng/ml, which would mean I could pass these but not have a chance at the health department...
