Opinions on the new "dine-in" dining system (I think it's shit)

Does anyone actually feel like the changes SBU made with the meal plans are at all beneficial to the students? I eat primarily at West (I live in Kelly), and it's just garbage compared to previous years. I mean, Stony's food has never exactly been good, but at least we used to have some variety and choices.

Now you have to wait 10 minutes at Bob's BBQ to get a tiny little burger, and MAYBE if you're lucky there'll also be a chicken sandwich there. The pasta at the pizza place is just plain pasta and a vat of marinara -- I mean, would it have killed them to let us choose between like 2 or 3 sauces?

Those narrow little plates are also absurd. You can't fit so much as a piece of pizza entirely on them, and I'm pretty sure that's why there's been so much food debris all over tables.

It's just a shit show. I expected a whole lot more for $10 a meal, even from Stony Brook.
