What are my rights in this situation?

Paying $50 a week to live with my mum and her boyfriend, food is provided, washing and cleaning is ususlly but not always done for me. Verbal agreement was made to either study or search for a job if I'm living here at the beginning. Am I classified as a boarder? What rights do I have? Is there an article outlining my rights?
