Cycling question: turning left at T-intersection

At a T-intersection with 2-way lanes and bike lanes on all sides, if a cyclist approaches the T and wants to turn left, what's the best way to execute the turn?

A lot of websites state that the cyclist can take the lane, but all examples show oncoming traffic, which is not the case at a T.
