Just got my septum pierced.

Last Thursday. Are you supposed to move the jewelry around when you clean it? Similar to how you're told to "twist your ear rings" when you get your ears pierced. Also, I get some sort of Crusty stuff on either side of the piercing where the hole is and it makes it so I can't move the ring and hurts really bad when I clean it. My ring will move on its own so it's crooked, is it okay to move it back when it's so new still? Any advice helps!
