Increase in Rent throughout Long Beach
Our building was recently purchased by Capital Realty, Inc., who have pretty negative reviews. Low and behold, two months after the change in management, my roommates and I are being pushed out of our 3bd/2ba apartment, due to rent increasing by $600/month. Not only that, but they are taking away our parking spots (2 come with the apartment, stated in our lease), making them an extra $75/month.
Are we just dealing with greedy, money-hungry landlords? Or is this a trend we can expect to see throughout Long Beach within the upcoming months?
