[DIPLOMACY]Meeting the US Again

King Abd al-Rahman and his advisers realize that they are in need of allies if they are to survive in the increasingly warlike times. Europe would never deal with Morocco until they are in a stronger position, which will take time. However, Morocco and the United States and had close ties since its independence, and they are close friends. Due to this relationship, Morocco has sent diplomats to meet with the American Government in hopes of a re-signed declaration of friendship at the least, and hopefully something more....concrete at best.
