How to make this a 2-button input?

Working off of this script;

1::click
2::mousemove,0,35,0,R
3::click
4::mousemove,0,-35,0,R

A. Is there a way to condense this into just the 1 & 2 buttons and accomplish the same thing? Played around with MouseClick but after reading the AHK website and trying my best, I couldn't figure it out.

B. Is there a way to set a variable of distances for the movement? As in between 32-38 rather than a static 35 each time?
