The first step.

Hey every one, I have officially committed to opening a food truck! I am a 21 year old entrepreneur dreamer, and am ready to get off my ass and start doing this thing. So what is the first step here? I would imagine deciding what type of food you want to sell, and finding a truck that fits the menu? But I could be totally wrong. Where do I go from here?
