How to write time (like a timetable) in Japanese.

I am in the process of putting together a time tracker and I want to put it together in Japanese. I want to have 24 hours written out, but instead of using standard American style "military time" I want it in Japanese, but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. The [Wikipedia article on date and time notation] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_and_time_notation_in_Japan) leads me to be believe it would be like 0時, 1時, 2時, 3時... 21時, 22時, 23時, 24時, etc. Can anyone confirm or deny whether this would be accurate?
