Sites to make money with credit/debit card info

Anyone know of sites where someone can make money just by signing up and inputting credit/debit card info? I have a ton of used visa gift cards that have barely enough money on them to pass verification for trials on a lot of websites, but I haven't been able to find a site where I can get paid just for adding/verifying a visa card.
