How can I make this happen?

Hey everyone,

Long story short-- one character that stands out to me is THE BOSS from Metal Gear Solid 3. I will be biking from California to West Iowa (then going to do RAGBRAI). I am interested in getting a skin suit for this tour and would it to resemble what THE BOSSES outfit is. I will be purchasing a badass bike for next year, and want to compliment it with a cool outfit.

Here is the link of what I want: http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/metalgear/images/d/de/The_Boss.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140524103634

Guy here.
