Need some help with motion tracking

Hello there. I'm trying to track the camera for my footage, but whenever I do it always messes up. It completes both steps and then, rather than mapping out a bunch of points for me to choose from, simply nothing happens. I'd like to know if anyone has had this problem and can help me fix it. Thanks.
