Wanting to build something off of an intro I made

I'm in E flat tuning and I've been listening to a lot of srv and some slow blues. I recently stumbled upon (while fiddling) a nice opening for a nice blues song.

Basically I wanna know how I should go about fitting chords into this and possibly how to build a song out of it. I feel a hendrix vibe / srv Lenny vibe. I dunno I just wanna build some nice hendrix-ey chords out of this.

Hopefully you guys could help. Even some YouTube links to some lessons or something in that nature would be appreciated!
