Must hit points in a pre-talk?

Hi everyone, I've seen a few pre-talk scripts, but what are the must hit bullet points for it? And if I'm doing street hypnosis, is it the same points just truncated? Going to be doing some street hypnosis this week and don't want to leave anything important. Thanks!
