add -windowed in steam launching options (found under right click properties on game). CTRL shift F also didn't work for me so i used this work around (also started playing with steam launch)

but yeah I'd also love some more setting options e.g. resolution etc.

I started playing the game after steam release, I'm loving what I'm seeing so far however there is one thing that bugs me. I'd like to be able to play on my secondary screen as my main one has larger resolution so I do most of my work related stuff there. Can anyone help me become even less productive and show me the way to push the client to secondary screen (ctrl+shitf+f is not working for some reason)? Any help much appreciated.
