Aka tailgaters and speeders.

When you are working at your job in a restaurant and your employ constantly screams and cusses just because he feels like it despite the fact that there are customers ten feet from him at all times.

Playing loud bass and music in public spaces and after 11pm.

People with over inflated egos. And people that dont stop for pedestrians.

Parents letting their kids run around and scream while tearing up a store so they don't have to deal with them.
