I finished the book on Saturday. From everything I read, there should be a code on the Triumphs page from my profile on bungie.net. There's a big graphic with 'Record Book Complete', then a piece below it showing the shirt and with a Learn More link, then the Tier Rewards, the individual moments and that's all.
Am I in the right place? Does it take a few days to update? Anyone else in the same boat?

Check if there's an update to the app. Mine was way out of date and didn't even show the year 2 book!
i downloaded the app after i didn't find it on the site so i think it's not the case here. it happened after the maintnance so it must be some bug
I like how bungie "gives" us this opportunity to get a t-shirt. I mean I want it, but telling me I have this golden opportunity after spending x bucks on the game and expansions + a silly amount of time to be eligible for the tee, it feels kinda expensive to have to pay $41 (gamertag included) for a t-shirt. (Yes I know the money is for a good cause and all that, but still).
Maybe I'm cheap or whatever, but it still feels a bit high priced. A hoodie would normally cost something llike this.

Mine was $34.77 including customisation and basic shipping. That's for a medium. I don't know if the bigger sizes are more expensive.
Yup. Basic shipping and customization for me was 40.99. Same price for all sizes.
You can check on the app if it doesn't appear on website.
That did it! I updated the app to the latest version and tapped on Moments Of Triumph, then the shirt, then the code was at the bottom of the page.
Now one will be on its way to me sometime in the future...

Where did you find it on the app because I am having the same issue, redownloaded the app and I can't even find the moment of triumph book :/
I'm using the Android version. I don't know if the iOS version has the same UI.
Open the app. Click on the 'hamburger' icon in the top-left. Click on Profile, which is the topmost thing. Click on 'Profile' if 'Activity' or 'Membership' is selected.If you have Xbox Live and PSN accounts, make sure the right one is selected. There should be a big Moments of Triumph Year Two panel. Click on that and there's a big picture of the t-shirt. Click on that and at the bottom of that page is the code!
