LINE vs Discord

Guide

So I wanted to write a guide to clear up some confusion over these two platforms, and to be honest, I don't expect to be able to fill this out completely without help, so upon initial writing, this guide will NOT be complete. Correct me if I'm wrong on anything, or there is an important feature you feel should be mentioned and I will update it promptly.
