Rise of Iron - Questions Megathread Part 2

Hello All!

We've seen an influx of random questions such as the following:

• What's the best way to increase Light Level?
• Start with the Story and Quests.
• Then run the Siva Crisis Strikes (320 Light version).
• Once you've completed 20 of those / can't level much more run the Siva Crisis Heroic Strikes (350 Light version).
• Be sure to decrypt one engram at a time and keep putting on the highest light version.
• How do I get a better Artifact/Class Item/Ghost?
• Buy a 350 Light Ghost from one of the Factions/Vendors
• See here on how to get the Artifact
• Purchase a Class Item Legendary Engram from one of the Cryptarchs
• How come the Siva Crisis Heroic strikes don't count for the Siva Crisis Strikes in the Record Book?
• The Record Book only counts the Siva Crisis Strikes, which are the 320 Light Version. The Heroic (350 Light Version) don't count.

Please use this Megathread to ask them. The comments are sorted by New to help with visibility.

We appreciate all Iron Guardians who are here and helping answer the questions.
