This report may be misdated as there are no precinct interviews for this day. Mosque friends and classmate interviews look to have been conducted on April 8 and 9.

• 7PM: Detectives travel to Silver Spring to interview Nisha. Nisha's interview appears to have happened on April 1, even though her interview is indicated on the progress report for April 9.

• Attached to the invoice is a typed timeline of events as guessed by the defense. This document is the defense's best guess as to the prosecution's investigation to date. It is not a sequence of events as confirmed by the prosecution and/or its witnesses.

• The defense does not know exactly when certain interviews happened. There is no interview date for Saad, who was interviewed on March 16. The defense is guessing as to when Nisha was interviewed, and this document incorrectly identifies the date of the search of Adnan's home as March 27, then Adnan's home was searched on March 20.

• It’s weird. When I first came here I didn’t know what the heck was going on. Let me tell you it was pretty bad. But I don’t mean physically like no one was trying to beat me up or anything. People didn’t know what to think of me. I mean, first of all, everyone in here is black and always threatening to beat the hell out of someone else. And then you have me, light skinned and quiet. I didn’t say much to anyone, no one said much to me. Four months later, I can be anywhere in the entire jail, it’s huge, and someone will call “Syed!” People say “what’s up?” to me, ask how things are and I don’t even know them. The strange thing is, so many people come to me saying “if anyone bothers you, let me know” that there’s no one left to bother me. Some of it is due to the fact that I’m a Muslim and a lot is due to my personality. You know I’ve been blessed in that I can make friends almost anywhere I go. Now I can really say anywhere.”
