Hm does look like it. Do you think these leaves are suffering from the same problem aswell or is it a different problem?
Actually looking at that, it looks like you may have spider mites.
Clip off one or two lower leaves and inspect them closely, specially on the underside. The white spots and brown russeting make me suspect mites.
Hm I was looking under the majority of my plants leaves for ~5 minutes and couldn't see anything moving no mites on any of the leaves,. However, I did see this on one of the lowest node's leaves: (ive lolly popped the plant quite a bit so theres about 4/5 nodes missing until you get to the node that i took this picture from:
So what do you think those golden spots could be since they're on a lot of the smaller fan leaves.
Looks like you might have nute burn. Water your plants and collect the run off. Test for ph and ec/ppm. You might need to flush a little.
The way the leaves are turning crispy from the tips makes. Me agree with you. Odd that it's spotting like that though.
I removed every leaf that was 'affected' by it, additionally, none of the other leaves have gone weird like this so I dont think it is a nute burn (the other leaves just go a bit brown on the end of the leaf). However, it does look like its a bit contagious since there was a higher amount of 'affected' leaves all in the same area
Hm I'll give it a go. Should I do it with molasses or just straight water?
Just water. Ph and ec/ppm the water before so you will know the delta. It will tell you if there is a salt build up. Somewhere in the back of my head it's screams metal toxicity. But that would show on the whole plant.
