92 Manny Malholtra DC Collectible Review

Discussion

I was asked to review Manny Malholtra's 92 overall Draft Champion card after my last post welcoming him to my team. Since then I've played 4 games, and have gotten a really good handle on his value to my squad, and potentially yours.

Those are my stats through 4 games. 4 Goals, 3 Assists 7 Points, + 7 and I counted just 1 faceoff loss while playing on my top line, PP1, and PK1 lines.

He's a Beast

Plain and simple. His first two games I was trying to figure him out, feed passes and what not and had limited success, but in the final two I carried the puck more with him and started shooting, and holy crap can Manny with WW active snipe the corner short and far side. Best shot on my team by far.

Defensively he's a pest to the other team with his back check ability and speed and his ability to knock people off the puck. He's also extremely hard to knock off the puck with his 95 balance I've noticed.

Long story short, Manny Malholtra is the best player I've played with and it isn't that close. He just does everything well. I've played with guys like Jari Kurri and Steve Sullivan and while they have their strengths, they also have their weaknesses. Malholtra does not.

At the end of the day, he's been extremely worth the grind and I'm happy to have him on my team for the rest of NHL 17.
