Hunter talent question for beast cleave
My shaman friend tends to have trouble sticking to a target when we play beast cleave. I have been going Aspect of the Beast to provide us with a slow. I feel like I'm missing out not having Stampede or Killer Cobra. Is there something he should be doing differently to slow the target, or am I stuck with that talent for beast cleave? I realize I can Concussive Shot for the slow, but that isn't always possible with pillars and what not. Our healer is a Hpally rlf.

Shaman hits who he can and as a hunter you follow him. He should be target calling anything that he can hit during his downtime of gap closer. You organise your burst during the period he can hit a vital target.
Enhance burst is so short that it's fine to hit a target just to force defensives.
Think of it like rotations.... Vs fps... Can't hit resto shammy ? Hit the rogue to force evasion... This allow him to be a viable target in future. Great thing about legion Is that everyone can be a target just based off offensive cool downs and defensive cool downs
