Put a pokemon on the GTS that you caught or hatched in your game and request a level 100 male Zubat. If you haven't seen Zubat in your game, you can choose "What Pokemon?" at the bottom of the list and enter the name manually. Reply to this comment with the details of what Pokemon you placed on the GTS.

There are three main methods to check eggs for other people: Battle Video (BV), Trade, and TEA (Trading is an Excessive Assignment).

BV involves hatching the eggs, then battling another person online using those Pokemon (without saving the game), forfeiting, and soft-resetting to put the Pokemon back into the eggs. The person you battle can use the recording of the battle to find information about the eggs. Due to the hassle of hatching and soft resetting, as well as only allowing you to check 6 eggs at a time, this method is not ideal for checking eggs in quantity.

Trade method involves trading the eggs to another person, who can pull their save from their game and analyze the eggs, then trade them back. Less time-consuming than BV, but still not ideal.

The fastest and easiest method is the TEA method. With this method, your checker and you will open a trade session, but nothing will actually change hands - all you need to do is show each egg for about a second (long enough for it to appear on the other end), and the checker will be able to dump information about each egg shown.

You'll see people in these daily threads using all three methods, your checker should be able to guide you through whichever method they are using.

As for courtesies, I'd say the most important thing is to try not to delay the process any more than it has to be--if your checker is trying to trade with you, respond to the trade, etc. Let the checker initiate trades and battles--sometimes they will need to set things up on their end before they can proceed, and requests from you may not help. If your checker asks for you to do something specific (for example, I'll sometimes ask for people to pause briefly after each box if I'm doing a large number of checks to make sure we haven't missed anything), help them out by doing it.

Keep in mind that checkers are doing this for the benefit of the community, but that they are also taking their time to help you specifically, and it's nice to hear a thank you every once in a while. :) Asking for tips is not allowed in this subreddit, but it is kosher to offer one if you feel so inclined, though don't feel offended if they decline.
